LODGE ROOMS
Cacapon Lodge is situated on the east
side of the mountain overlooking the wide expanse of green
on the golf course. This 48 room facility offers a relaxed
setting complete with lounge with a TV, board
games, fireplace, and cozy furniture. Each room is air conditioned
with a color television, phone and private bath combination
creating a cozy area for cool autumn and winter evenings.
Downstairs a recreation room provides hours of entertainment with

The Old Inn at Cacapon State Park was constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps and was the first overnight accommodating lodge in the West Virginia State Park System. This impressive 12-room Inn recaptures a Colonial atmosphere with exterior boards and batten construction, interior hand hewn log beams, and guest rooms have tongue and groove walls of wormy-chestnut and knotty pine. Low ceiling, stone chimneys, and wrought iron hardware add to the historical flavor of The Old Inn. It is ideal for groups and family reunions. The Old Inn has a large dining hall with a fireplace which could be used as a meeting room, and a kitchen which accommodates up to 25 guests. The entire first floor and one bedroom is handicapped accessible. CABINS Awaiting vacationers in the secluded woodlands of Cacapon State Park are completely furnished cabins. MODERN CABINS The modern cabins are frame structures insulated
for year-round comfort featuring handsome wood-paneled walls,
stone fireplaces, baths with showers, kitchens with modern
appliances and central heat and air conditioning. We currently have thirteen (13) modern
cabins. Recently added were two (2) fully accessible cabins to the
park. STANDARD CABINS 
Located at the base of Cacapon Mountain away from
the hub of activity near the Lodge and Golf Course, twelve (12)
standard cabins are situated in lovely wooded areas. Similarly
equipped as the modern cabins, these quaint cabins with stone fireplaces and window mounted heat and air conditioning units are
of log construction and are open March - November.
BUNGALOWS The unique efficiency bungalows are a combination living/dining/bedroom with built-in double bunks, shower bath and screened in porch. These cabins do not have a fireplace. They are all now equipped with window mounted heating and air conditioning. They are open from April through October. Cabins at Cacapon Resort State Park are completely equipped for housekeeping. They must be reserved for a minimum of one week during the summer, beginning the second Monday in June through Labor Day. Daily or weekend reservations may be made before the second Monday in June or after the first Monday in September. Please call 1-800-CALL-WVA for assistance in making reservations.
