Cacapon Resort State Park offers a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy while attending a business meeting, conference or seminar. Not only do you get the escape to a state park, but also the professional capabilities and furnishings of a conference facility.

We offer five separate reservable meeting rooms:

George Washington and Lord Fairfax Rooms
These rooms are located adjoining one another and can be used as one large meeting space. The parameters for this room are 67.6 x 42.6 feet with a maximum seating capacity of 200 people.
Separting the rooms allows seating for up to 72 people. Full day and half day rental rates are available.

Daniel Morgan Room
This is a smaller meeting space with parameters of 38.6 x 27.6 feet accommodating up to 50 people.

Conference Room
The Conference Room is located downstairs in the main lodge. This room is 45 x 43 feet and can accommodate up to 150 people.

Club Room
The Club Room is located downstairs in the main lodge. Parameters are 18 x 45 feet with the capability to accommodate up to 50 people.

ADDITIONAL MEETING SPACES

The Bath House set up for wedding guests.

The Bath House offers a unique setting for all occassions. Parameters are 76 x 20 feet with the capability to accommodate up to 80 seats for a banquet setting.

The Restaurant, located in the lodge, offers a variety of menu selections. It is open year round and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant can cater to banquets, receptions and barbeques for special groups, business meetings, family reunions and weddings.

Picnic Shelters
We offer eight reservable shelters. All shelters have grills. Each shelter is an ideal location for group functions, barbeques, reunions and family gatherings. All shelters may be rented two years in advance.

Gazebo
It has three picnic tables inside and will seat 20 people. Located in the middle of the picnic area. It does have electricity. $68.90 per day.

CCC
Holds 18 picnic tables and will seat 100 people. Located beside the lake and playground. It does have electricity. $68.90 per day.

Batt
Has six picnic tables and will seat 36 people. Located on the mountain road going up to the overlook. No electricity. $68.90 per day.

Boat Dock
Has four picnic tables and will seat 30 people. Located beside the boat docks. It does have electricity. $68.90 per day.

Bathhouse Seats 80 people and has electricty. Overlooks the beach. Popular for wedding receptions. $500.00 per day.

Bluebird Has three picnic tables and seats 18 people. Located in the picnic area close to the nature center. No electricity. $21.20 per day.

Cardinal Has three picnic tables and will seat 18 people. Located on the road going to the Boat Dock. No electircity. $21.20 per day.

Woodthrush Has one handicap picnic table. Will seat six people. Located in the picnic area before you get to the nature center. No electricity. $10.60 per day.

Cacapon Resort State Park is the ideal setting for a wedding ceremony and reception. If an outside wedding is in your plans the park offers a beautiful gazebo located in the center of the park. If a lakeside wedding is on your mind the park has a shelter located by the lake. Both your wedding ceremony and reception can be outdoors. After an outside ceremony guests may then move to our conference / banquet room for the reception located in the lodge with seating up to 200 people.
